Recovery Site: Savannah, GA.
Condition: Very Fine. Cuff size, 16 mm.
Remarks: Great detailed officer's silver plated cuff button. Shank is present, but is bent.

Condition: Very Good. Coat size, 22 mm.
Remarks: Nice pewter button showing a good solid 45. Some edge loss as is typical of pewter buttons. No shank as is normal for British regimentals.

RW 421. British 71st Regiment of Foot Enlisted Man's Button.

Condition: Fair. Coat size, 20 mm.
Remarks: Pewter button from one of Col. Fraser's Scottish Highlanders who participated in nearly every campaign in the South for the War's duration. Overall, a fair example that does look a bit better in person than in the photo. Both numerals, 71, are legible. There is some edge loss and is without shank.

RW 361. British 19th Regiment of Foot Enlisted Man's Button.
Recovery Site: Charleston, SC.
Condition: Fair.
Remarks: Coat size, 22 mm. Pewter, some edge damage, good numerals, water recovery, very scarce button. The 19th was at the battles of Ninety Six, Moncks Corner, and Quinby Bridge. They were only in America for 6 months.

Condition: Damaged.
Remarks: Brass, coat size, 20 mm. Albert's AY43. This button appears to have been run over. There is edge blurring from something heavy and the shank is crushed flat. It is a scarce button and hard to locate at any price.
